Andrew Briggs

Andrew's lived in Madison all his life, graduating from UW Law School in 2011. Initially occupied as a Special Prosecutor in several counties within Wisconsin, he moved to Epic as a technical coordinator. His role was to facilitate technical decisions during customer implementations. He moved again, this time internally, becoming part of Epic's compliance team. During his time at Epic, Andrew developed an appreciation for the legal and compliance challenges that the industry faces.

Andrew believes in flexibility, and his favorite part of the job is navigating the ebbs and flows of the health tech industry's legal and regulatory landscape. When he's not navigating our clients through the turbulent waters of health tech legal decisions, Andrew enjoys walking through downtown Madison, exploring the newest restaurants.

Michael Evens

Attorney, Compliance Expert

Mike is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is a graduate of the St. Paul-based Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Before joining the team, Mike was a critical part of several technology startups in a variety of leadership roles including sales, operations and product management.

Mike focuses his wide-ranging skills and experience on helping clients chart a course through the complex world of health tech contracting and compliance. When he's not aiding our clients in compliance, Mike can be found hanging out with his wife Christine and two kids.

Tripp Stroud

Tripp founded Trifecta to change the traditional legal office practice related to the health tech industry to make every client’s legal life easier, and more importantly, work better.

Bringing his expertise from Epic, Tripp works closely with all of Trifecta's clients, helping them to find the perfect fit for their business in different arenas of health tech law. Highly qualified as a strategic consultant, Tripp has an instrumental impact on new product development and licensing.
