Revel’s new contract templates paid immediate dividends, with the first customer returning the agreement without a single edit. The newly tailored Contracting Playbook brought alignment and visibility to Revel’s leadership team on the “what”, “why” and “how” of contract negotiation. That top-5 payer negotiation? Although the customer took their time, as usual, Trifecta kept the pressure on and delivered improved contracting outcomes with predictable costs. Revel and Trifecta continued their partnership, moving to Trifecta’s full subscription with no monthly hourly caps, resulting in an effective hourly rate below $200 per hour and reducing comparable legal spend by over 50%.
